"I reviewed Roto-Rooter a few years ago when I had plumbing issues related to a new washing machine being installed. I just had another great experience after attempting to install a bidet attachment for the toilet. My attempt to swap out the toilet tank supply hose on my own (a necessary step in order for the bidet to work) was an utter failure and I didn't want to risk breaking our one toilet, so guess who called Roto-Rooter last night to request someone to come out the next day? They were very efficient. I got an email confirmation right after calling, and they called this morning to let us know someone was en route. Franklin came out first and assessed, and the plumbers themselves (unfortunately their names escaped me, but they were very nice) showed up maybe about an hour later. Twenty minutes after that, I once again had a functioning toilet with a fancy new accessory! Many thanks again for the fast, professional service and great communication."

"Benjamin and his partner (I didn't catch his name, sorry!) were incredible! From start to finish they managed my expectations for the work that needed to be done and cost. Additionally, they stayed when the job was complete to answer my many questions and assist in labeling the new equipment in the basement. 10/10 customer service. Fair value at price, not the cheapest on the market, but certainly not the priciest (for example: GEM quoted me 30% for the same job). Will absolutely be coming back to them for all of my plumbing needs!"
