"This paint is TERRIBLE and the store is a rip-off. It's sold and priced as premium paint but it doesn't cover like premium paint. I've used Benjamin Moore, Behr Ultra, and California and all are far better than this stuff. We were painting interior walls, going from pale yellow to buff and any decent paint would have easily covered in one coat. The Sherwin-Williams required a lot of touch-up, particularly around the edges where we cut in with brushes. I was using first-quality brushes and rollers and loading them to the max -- having built and restored houses for 30 years, I know how to paint. To add insult to injury, the store clerk told us we'd need 3-4 cans based on the square footage of the room, and it actually took one and a half -- so we ended up with a full can left over that can't be returned. This is my first experience with Sherwin-Williams and I will NEVER buy paint from this place again. Just wish I could give them zero stars."

"Great service! I was in Narragansett and couldn't get back to Providence before 5 to go to the North Main Street store so I quickly stopped into this location. I had a small piece of paint I needed them to match. And by small, it was barely the size needed to scan. Louie was so helpful, he understood how much I wanted to match my paint color and how I wanted to start painting that night. He scanned the sample and also helped me find a color swatch that was a close match, next he mixed the paint, reviewed the formula, tested it until it was a perfect match! I brought the paint home, I just started my night long painting project and I am very very pleased. It's a perfect match! If the lighting was better I would have posted a photo! The paint he recommended was also great quality, worth every penny, I could have maybe gotten away with one coat, but I always use two! Thanks very much!"

"The service was great. I brought in a color sample from Benjamin. Moore and they were able to match it up and I saved 30% because they were having a sale. Also, I live in a condo in Wakefield and they have a list of the colors that were used by the contractor so I was able to match the white trim in my home without any guesswork."
