"Glad you asked … my experience was anything but good. It took almost 3 weeks to get an appointment for a recall for “ Blue Screen” for my Lincoln and no concierge service is available there! My car had an additional issue with the screen which seemed to be related to the recall. After 5 days I was told my car was ready, when I picked it up, the same problem existed. They replaced the radio and the actual issue is the display screen, seems a case of mis-diagnosis. Now, every time I start the car I need to re-boot the radio to use the screen- even for the nav function. They were aware that I am leaving in the car to drive south now and didi not resolve my issue. The service writer was pleasant but pleasant doesn’t make my 3 year old car work properly and safely. Now I’m worried about my long drive and the function of the screen since it freezes randomly. A long wait for an appointment and 5 days without my car and I’m still where I started, not a happy customer. Oh, and they charged me for an oil change I specifically said I did not need or want, I have over 50% oil life left! Guess that’s a profitable item for them!"

"I called to get an oil change and gave them the make and model of my car. Was told it would be first come first serve. No problem. I get there and was told they will not service my car as it was over 10 years old or over 100k miles. There was no problem when I called but once I drove out there they wouldn't serve me. They could have mentioned that on the phone when I gave them the year, make and model. I definitely will not use them , and recommend others don't either."
