They gave me a call right away , picked up my new tank , delivered , replaced and installed all done by noon. Glen took his time to explain all the ins and out of the tank showed me how to turn pilot back light on if I ever needed to do so. Since he was in my house I had asked him about another project in my bathroom faucet . He explained what I needed to get and he didn't seem bothered with the 100 questions I had.
