This was a Friday and caused me to miss Easter with my family and I explained how important it was to have the car by then. I was told it would be in on Monday and I would be all set then. Monday rolled around and all of a sudden they can't do it that day. This is a full week after I scheduled the appointment. Ended up going elsewhere and it was cheaper too. Don't think I would have left this if the owner's attitude wasn't combative and took responsibility for the missed promises."
