Went back to his shop to get repair cost. He called within an hour with the estimate. Rather than fixing it we decided to buy a new one. We researched various models, selected a GE, called LP on friday 6/23, placed the order and it was delivered Tuesday 6/27. Great service. Always a pleasure doing business with LP."

They never returned our phone calls or emails. When finally getting some one on the phone, they promised a date for installation, then never followed through. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service."
