"I called this store to ask if they could service my pool heater. After asking my location, they respectfully declined and referred me to another company. As the call was presumably ending, the guy says “mind telling me what’s wrong with your heater?” That turned into a 20+ minutes conversation about pool heater functionality, maintenance, and manufacturer comparisons. I learned more in that conversation than I have in 2+ years of pool ownership and countless Youtube videos. All from someone who did not expect to make a penny from me. I don’t remember his name, but he’s first class all the way and I’m really grateful for his advice."

"Awesome customer service!!! Walked in needing a few fitting to attach a new sump pump and after going thru several fitting, was recommended I try one of the local hardware stores down the street. Thanked them and out we went. Next thing I know, the owner comes out to our car and holds up what he thinks will work….and sure enough it was the missing piece we needed. He proceeds to say no charge!!! Have a nice day!!! That’s such an amazing sign of a business that cares for potential customers in his community. While we don’t have a pool and we’re recommended to try this business by a local plumbers supply shop down the fl street, if you own a pool and need anything swimming pool related….this is the first place I’d try. If you’re not 100% happy with your present pool supply store, give this place a try. Customer service way above and beyond!!! Thanks guys for such outstanding service!!!"

"My wife and I bought a $9000 spa from them because they where a local company insuring us that they repair them. When a problem with the spa occurred in the first three months they sent over a man who doesn’t even work for them to fix the problem. The pump on the spa was getting loud and very annoying. The man told me it’s a vibration, it’s normal and basically we are going to have to deal with it. After spending all that money he would have to charge us to take off the panel and diagnose the problem. NOT HAPPY! Luckily I called PDC SPAS and they where very helpful and professional."
