"FISHING FOR MONEY. Went in for an alignment due to the back being really bad and causing reallu bad wear on my back tires. I was told they wouldn't until the back tires were replaced and offered to do it another day while telling me it was "extremely dangerous" to drive my car due to my back tires having the fibers coming out. 1 week wasted. Go in the next week after putting used tires on the back and not driving my car for a week. They tried calling me at work to get confirmation to replace my balljoint along with the alignment with phone numbers they never advertised as theirs and leaving no voice messages. I show up and they inform me they never did rhe alignment cause I didn't give them confirmation on the ballpoint, and then tried to set up an appointment for the following week. 2 weeks without a car and nothing getting done. They were fishing for a bigger tab. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I have no idea how they have the business they do. Avoid at all costs."

"******SCAM ARTIST****** went for oil change and asked to look at my window cause it was stuck. Was charged 243 dollars to find out my window didnt work. ( as i knew ) and oil change. also said i had a bad tie rod and that my windshield wipers didn't work both we a lie when i left my wipers worked and just i just left real mechanic and was told tie rod is fine and i didnt need the work......they lied!!!!. They tried to get me to do all this work after the 243 dollar oil change. Really sad about this..... how many people and time have they scammed people????"

"Went for an inspection sticker. The man sat in my car for a while. I went to ask him what was wrong and he asked me if there was a truck to turn my car on. I told him "yes. . turn the key" the man sat confused!!! I can't stand people who can't do their job!!!"

"LOVE that they make appointments for the required state-mandated car inspections. It's near the end of the month and I had been told I'd have to wait more than an hour at another location. Went to T&M and they said they could make an appointment at a time convenient for me. The customer service was excellent and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Definitely will return for other car work as needed!"
