"Owner crushed my door on the lift, did not repair or make it right at all. He gave me the run around for a couple months until I gave up! Not to mention he installed a faulty alternator and when I went back asking why my car was acting bizarre he stated it’s in the dashboard and he can’t help me with that. He told me he installed new e brake line and even charged me for them but when I went to a different mechanic, said brake line was not there (e brake). He was well aware I am a struggling single mother of five and he took complete advantage of me. Do NOT trust this man."

"My elderly mother went there to have work done. Her normal mechanic was sick so she went to 8 ball. Well when she left her mechanic looked n noticed 8 ball stole her carborator. My elderly mother had to go back to 8 ball with police officers to force the 8 ball ppl to put the carborator back that they stole n they stole her brand new flex pipe as well. They added an exhaust from a car of a different make smh. Long story short they will swap ur car parts out for older ones n make u come back for more work. Very bad ppl n shady business. Thanks to North Adams PD for getting some of the parts back."

"These guys go above and beyond to help a customer. Over this past valentine's weekend, where the below 0 temperatures resulted in my tension bolt snapping in my engine. The men were understanding of my situation (I had to leave to go home across the state) and stayed a few hours late to fix my vehicle. I am very appreciative and hope they are doing well and continue to impress with excellent workmanship."
