"Ordered HS team football from school website on 8/17. Called 9/5 and they claimed it would be shipped in a week (and then another week for transportation). I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money as that was too long and season would be almost half over. They refused and left me on hold until I hung up waiting to speak to manager. Don't use this company unless you can wait 2 months to get your order. Horrible vendor. BTW, I had to click on one star or I couldn't post this, otherwise I would have posted with no stars."

"I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks."

"Needed a uniform for my daughter's first tournament by the end of the week. I knew it can take several weeks to receive it but I sent a note via the website and Emily and Kellie from the customer service team told me they'd try to make it happen. I got the customized uniform by Wednesday! My daugther got to play with her uniform and the team won the tournament. Thank you for making it happen!"
