"TL;dr - if you're not hitting up Strafford Appliance Co., Inc. for your appliance needs - you might be doing it wrong. Can I talk about Strafford Appliance Co., Inc. for a minute? All the options of your big box store. Reasonable delivery and free haul away. Everything came to about even to what it would be if I bought it at HD or Lowes. Where they shine is the flexible delivery schedule and service. Fridge and stove arrived and installed with ease. When I checked the fridge later in the day, there was water in the vegetable drawer. Ultimately discovered it was from the factory installed water filter. I called Strafford and they were at our place in 30 minutes to address the situation (and haul away some of the cardboard/plastic/and styrofoam). I noticed a scratch on the door and no questions asked - new door on order. We're so stoked with these new appliances and SUPER grateful to the folks at Strafford Appliance. Dear Wanda, Mike, Brian, George, Pete and the guy that came to fix our fridge, Thank you so much!"

"My Husband and I went to Strafford for a washer. Not only was the process quick and easy but we got a great price! The delivery was scheduled for just 2 days later. We got our washer delivered today by Kevin and Steve and they were so nice and worked quickly! They had no issues squeezing through tight spaces to get our washer installed and were careful around our freshly painted walls. Kevin and Steve also helped me shut off the main water line which I had no clue how to find in our old condo. They explained my washer to me and gave me the manual and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving! I honestly don't think the process could have been any better! If I could give more than 5 stars I would from start to finish."

"The staff at Strafford Appliance was kind and courteous. When I had voiced my dislike for washer that I had purchased without an agitator, the manager Brian started treating me like I was the enemy and he became very hostile. He raised his voice loudly and basically told me to return the washer and to take my business elsewhere. I had not raised my voice at that point. He could have cared less less that I have been a customer for 20 plus years. I had a dislike for the washer not their business and was willing to pay the 30% restocking fee. I will take my business elsewhere until Brian is not the manager!"

"The personable staff during my latest visit was exceptional. I was greeted quickly and was shown the best options of each model prior to purchasing my new appliances. What sold me was the feeling that if I ever have an issue, his in-house service technician would be available to handle any repairs. I came back just recently to buy a grill."
