"As for the shop, I was disappointed in how dated the gowns all felt. And, I'm guessing because they were all from older collections, I was discouraged from trying on anything that wouldn't immediately fit me. I also told her that I'd really like sleeves, but she insisted that I didn't need them, even though I want them because I like the aesthetic not to hide my arms. Everything was really affordable so that is definitely beneficial if you are on a budget and/or need something quickly. Patricia was mostly pleasant, but there were a few comments she made that made me uncomfortable as a customer regarding other shops and past customers."

"If you are looking for a magical experience you will not find it here. If you are in a pinch for time and don't have a big budget, you may find a dress however. The owner was late for the appt, so we stood in the rain waiting for 15 to 20 minutes...no apology was given. The shop was probably lovely at one time. It's now old and needs renovations. The carpeting is old and dirty. The lights don't all work (very difficult to see...glad phones have flashlights). Perhaps this is why the dresses are able to be sold at such low prices? If only the dressing room had been nice. Our bride was uncomfortable taking her shoes off on the carpeting. Time is short, so a dress that can be altered, was purchased. She's still looking for something she loves. We had lunch at Otto's next door, following our appt. That helped to put a smile on our disappointed bride's face. An honest review that I was saddened to write."

"Don't judge a book by its cover. I was a little anxious when I first walked into the store for my appt. Patricia quickly eased my concerns. Her store is packed with amazingly, magical dresses. Patricia knew where everything was. She was so helpful and kind. I found the perfect dress for me and beautiful dresses for my wedding party. The prices were fantastic!! I got everything for 1/4 the price other bridal shops were charging. Patricia Buck is the place to go for all your wedding attire needs!!!"

"Patricia Buck was very helpful and accommodating. At first it can be intimidating to walk into her shop where she has so much inventory; I didn't even know where to begin! Pat knows where everything is and knows the brands she carries. I told her my needs and price point and she pointed me to four racks where I could browse gowns in my price range. I found my wedding dress in a single trip and bridesmaids gowns for my girls as well, all without breaking the bank. The store itself isn't glamorous but the gowns are beautiful and the selection is huge."
