"I remember when I could go to this store chain and buy an entire outfit for $50 (blouse, pants, bra, and underwear)… Now I’m lucky if I find can find a shirt in clearance for under $60."
"Deb is the best! She made me feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable on what you need 10/10 recommend."
"I love this store. But they always seem to all be smaller stores. Would like bigger stores with more product. But nice people"
"Recently I went to the Torrid in Augusta just browsing while doing some school shopping with my oldest child while looking for some new work attire for myself. I also had my 2 year old with me. Sure enough, her tummy rumbled and she had diarrhea in her diaper and it was very uncomfortable for her. It stayed contained, but I knew it wouldn’t for long. I went to the back to use a fitting room to change a diaper on the floor. There was an open room, so I went to talk in and an employee came speed walking back at us asking what we were doing. I explained I needed a spot on the floor to change a diaper as my daughter is crying her butt hurts. As least friendly as possible this woman looks at me and says, “Well, I rather you not. Especially in our fitting areas where people try on clothing. I’d rather you use the bathroom.” So I asked here where there was a bathroom, because I hadn’t seen one. She rolled her eyes so hard I’m pretty sure she was looking her pea sized brain, and says “Well, it’s not public.” So I looked at her trying to figure out what my next step would be and where I could take my screaming child because she’s uncomfortable and the acidity for her poop is hurting her, and she goes “Whatever, it’s back here. It’s NOT public. There’s a child changing station inside. Be quick.” I’m not really sure what this person’s issue was with me using the floor of a private area originally, but I was even more taken back by her response to the situation as a whole. I ended up changing her, my friend I was with finished her shopping inside the store, and I left with nothing. No way was I supporting a business whose employee (maybe manager?) treated me with such disgust. I was appalled and disgusted with the behavior of the employees. Do better, that was embarrassing enough for me. Hopefully she’s embarrassed on her own behavior as well."
"My wife and I when in for our 9 yr anniversary we pick out amazing and beautiful outfits for her! Cashier was friendly and matched a beautiful belt for my wife. 10/10 customer experience would go again!"
