"Received exemplary care and service at the Mens Wearhouse in Augusta. Went in to be measured for a suit on sale via their website and Mina went above and beyond to ensure the order was placed in the appropriate size with the right fit. I ended up purchasing a suit jacket and pants that while in store, in addition to a new pair of shoes and a belt to match. The jacket and pants needed adjustments which were done in store and completed 2 days ahead of schedule. I got a great deal on each purchase and will continue to visit for any future needs."

"Very disappointed. I drive 45 mins to get to of my guys fitted for my wedding and they tell me that I can’t do it because they don’t do fittings 30 mins before close. I’ve gone in before and it takes no more than 5 mins the store was still open for another 25 mins, there were 3 people there doing absolutely nothing. If you’re not going to do anything 30 mins before close, why be open at all?"

"We had a great experience. The only thing that I would recommend is that the store would call the customer when alterations were done and it would not be a guessing game. The employee told my husband they don't call to let you know when your items are ready for pick up, and the customer needs to call them to just keep checking."
