Much of the painting job was solid, but there were some detail issues (paint splatter on the counter, plain on door hinges and light switches). After speaking with John the Ops manager and Tyler my account manager, we came to a quick resolution. The team came back in and corrected the details at no charge to me. Moreover, I wanted to change the color of the kitchen and they were incredibly understanding and helpful, quickly sending me an invoice to put another color on the room."
