"Stopped here to see if I could buy oil for my polaris, which they don't stock. No big deal. But as I go to leave, an older guy that works there tells me in the most arrogant manner "you'd be better off to use our oil anyway". I laugh and tell him that I'm sticking to polaris oil for warranty issues, which he replies "what size is that, an 850? It'll blow up anyway"..... I couldn't help but just stand there shocked that he would be that ignorant and insulting. News flash, I think ski doo sucks pal! And you shouldn't suggest such idiotic things to people that could ruin their warranty and machine. Had I not known better, and listened to this guy, my warranty would be off my sled today. Think before you speak sometimes!"

"We are on vacation from Indiana and were prepared to buy a sled but nobody acknowledged us when we walked in the building. I was also interested in gear but they didn't have much to choose from. Would not recommend. I guess what they say is true, northerners are rude."
