"I went here looking for shoes for my daughter. She wanted light up shoes and they didn't have any toddler size 9 light ups at DSW. They had tons of styles and designs to choose from in her size. They were divided into girl and boy aisles. One aisle was all hearts and unicorns etc. They also had a sale on and the prices were ok. They also had free popcorn!? So pros: selection and price. And free popcorn However, there was no place that I saw to try on the shoes. And the aisles were so tight that several times I was completely blocked by someone else or blocked some oelse. At one point a woman walked down the center, middle aisle with her cane and everyone had to wait to get around her. She wasn't taking up a ton of room, even the center aisle was just that tight. And the free popcorn was half burnt black pieces. Cons: no place to try on shoes, too small aisles."

"Customer service is non-existent. I went with a friend yesterday to look for men's shoes and sandals. All employees found every possible avenue to not offer customer service. They tried to look busy -- talking to each other or looking at their cell phones. As we were leaving, the guy and woman at the Front Desk had that smirk that we were leaving. They were happy to not serve!!! Skechers on Route 1: "WHERE SERVICE IS NOT OUR BUSINESS""

"I like coming here for their competitive prices, but mainly because their wide sizes. They offer steel toed boots for work. I bought some wide waterproof boots for hiking and look forward to using them. My wife didn't like this season's selection of wide running shoes because the soles appear slippery. Overall, will check in their selections in the future"
