"Customer service was great, however I blew my motor two weeks later after getting the oil change. My car mysteriously had hardly any oil in it. Friendly staff, but I have no idea what they did for my oil change... guess I should have checked their work. Can't say I recommend their services."

"I came in because some lights on the dashboard were on and I needed a new inspection sticker. I gave the keys and came back about 45 minutes later, the manager was the one working on my car. He explains that I had a couple lights that were out. I told him that I would come back tomorrow because I was late. He told me was going to pull it out. I waited about 10 minutes as he walked around, it was until I asked him what was taking so long that he told me he had lost my car key. He said he would check the cameras to see where it is. I waited over an hour then i saw him go for a smoke break and I went to ask him again if he found my key. That’s when he told me he was on the phone with his boss to see if he could get a new key made. I continued to wait about 2 hour until they found my keys. I stayed there until the store was closed. The staff seemed to not care while this was happening. I would constantly have to go ask them if they had any updates, they never came to update me even though I was sitting in the waiting, I had to walk to the garage and ask them. I do not recommend the Biddeford location the costumer service is horrible, it was the worst experience."

"Came in for a state inspection not expecting to be able to get it done same day, when the girl saw the year of my car she said she could squeeze it in real quick. Amazing customer service they definitely went above and beyond! Will be back next year!"
