"My wife and I ended up getting a flat tire and called all around the Portland area and nobody was able to help us the same day to repair a flat. We are driving back to New Hampshire, and really didn't want to make the trip with the spare tire. When we called VIP in Biddeford, not only was the manager and technician willing to help, they were prepared to stay late if needed. We arrived at the shop, they took us right in and had the tire repaired within 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location for their service and hospitality. I will drive out of my way to work with these gentlemen again in the future. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience."
