"Great place and great staff! We have been looking and having such a difficult time finding a car. They had cars in great condition and at great prices, we couldn’t have been happier. We worked with Morgan and he was great. I would definitely work with them and recommend them to anyone in the market."
"Cam was extremely helpful and patient. Our purchase went seamlessly. I have not had my car worked on, but I will go there if and when I need to."
"TLDR: Don't come to 207 Motors, they will sell you a car that won't pass Maine State Inspection and the repairs will cost more than you initially paid for the vehicle. I'm especially disappointed as I am a single, young woman and you sold me a car you knew was not safe. I know any of my family members who work in the auto business and the dealership I currently work at would be ashamed if they did that. I was initially very happy with the 2008 Subaru Legacy I bought from this shop last year in October but after going to get a new inspection sticker the large amount of problems they had tried to cover up were revealed. The first issue was the brakes (which they were kind enough to resolve correctly) when I bought the car I was told the brakes were relatively new/very low wear. Within the first two months I heard horrible squeaking. When I came in to have it checked out they thankfully adjusted the pads and rotors so the squeaking would stop. They sold me a car with a new battery but it was not put in correctly, there were no hold downs so the positive connector constantly came loose, causing the car to not start unless I lifted up the hood and reattached the connector. When I stopped by VIP Auto one of the technicians was kind enough to tighten the connector (for no charge, he just noticed how distraught I was and quickly solved the problem) so I no longer had to reconnect about 75% of the times I tried to start my car. Too bad there were no hold downs so my battery is basically corroded only a little more than a year later. I was told new tires had recently put on the vehicle by the last owner and sadly the tire pressure sensor just "kept coming on and they couldn't fix it." Turns out they were too cheap and lazy to put in new tire sensors, or tell me it could be fixed by changing the tire sensors (my local tire guy said he could do it for about $100, cheap fix they could have done instead just turning the light off before I left the lot, I would have happily paid for it). As well the tires were either not aligned right or mounted and balanced correctly because a few months after I got the car all four of my tires popped or went flat after going over classic Maine potholes. The best case was when my tire was flat after just sitting for five days. I know this is due to ignorance because after getting four new tires mounted and balanced at Tire Warehouse I have had NO problem with my car sitting or going over potholes. The most major issue is the power steering and steering rack. I asked my salesman Morgan why the car made such a horrible noise when it turned left, he told me it wasn't an issue and it's simply a noise Subarus make, even his own made that noise! Wrong. The power steering pump is leaking and the steering rack needs to be replaced. The only issue I cannot completely blame on 207 motors is the suspension issue."
"Bought a used 2007 Toyota Corolla a few years ago from these guys. Figured I'd leave a positive review since the vehicle was the best ride I have had up to this point. Lasted me five years with no big issues at all. Unfortunately it got hit recently and I'm losing in (which is why I'm looking at dealership reviews in the first place). Thanks guys!"
"Friendly and Expert Service! I won’t go anywhere else. Can you say that about where you bring your car? As an older woman I can go here and know that they are not telling me I need work that does not need to be done (oh ya that has happened to a lot of us right)? Never a problem and I know that my car is in good hands. Thanks for all you do!"
