"I was looking for a good store to go to and on google they had good reviews. The time must have been wrong because it said they were open for another hour, but when I got there they were closing in a few minutes. The person was extremely rude, and pretty much chastised me for showing up late and complained they had dinner plans. I ended up just leaving and she said good because then she won’t have to be frustrated by leaving late and I can come back another time to be helped. One thing for sure I went to another shop who was more friendly and not outwardly hostel. I get we all have plans but if she had taken a minute to listen I only came in because online it said they were open for another hour. I will never go there ever again, and my friend with me will never go there again."

"I cannot say enough kind words about this shop. I am a middle aged woman and I am always treated with such kindness and respect. I let them know what my issue was with my current device. Instead of just pushing anything at me they showed me a few options and explained why those options would solve my issues. Then they patiently showed me how to use the new device. Highly recommend especially if you do not know a lot about mods and tanks and power and all that which goes into vaping. Here it doesn't matter how little you know, they will take care of you."
