"Will never buy from them again. I bought a Subaru Forester that has had so many issues. They told me they were replacing the trunk door with a new one but took one off of another vehicle in the lot and it still doesn’t latch right. The car leaked gas the first night I got it home. Within the first 6 months of owning it I barely drove it and still had to replace the transmission lines, rear shocks, all 4 brake calipers, rear pads and rotors, and it still didn’t pass inspection because the power steering rack needed to be replaced. Supposedly they put new tires on it when they sold it to me, but they’ve been consistently leaking to the point where I have to put air in them every few weeks. I just had to replace them after a year and a half and it turns out they put on tires that were too small for the vehicle! Absolutely terrible quality service. Would give 0 stars if possible."
"Absolutely would never recommend. If I could give it zero I would. Let me tell you I have taken this 2010 Ford Fusion to this place so many times. I bought it being told there was a whole work up done. Oil change and everything. Find out oil change never done, lost a bolt that attached my exhaust to my manifold. How does one just lose a bolt?! Then they proceed to change my alternator that had gone bad. They kept my car for 3 DAYS! Ordered the wrong alternator. Told me it was new, took it to VIP to get it looked over and the alternator isn't new and has NO SERIAL NUMBERS ON IT! Now a week and half later I'm once again having problems. Something is slipping and my car rocks back and forth. I now own a lemon car after I really needed a new car. They took advantage of me and me being a single mom in a rush looking for a car. I'm so disappointed and upset. So mad I now have a new car I can't even afford to put work into. Out of 5 stars I give it a -5"
"Never buy cars from this place. First of all I paid $6500 for a Subaru Wrx. I came and looked at it and drove it all seemed fine at first he told me the rocker panels where done and passes inspection with a sticker that had a 60 day temporary on it stupid me forgot to look so that's my own fault for trusting him. After me purchasing the car way too quickly and being pressured to do so quickly I gave in and bought it. I really wanted that car so I went ahead and bought it but he knew it and took advantage of me for it becuase now I've already sunk 2 grand worth of work into it, when i first bought it the ball.joint was ready to just give way to together, the rocker panels had this very well made cover over them and underneath is probably some of the worst rockers I've seen. And lastly failed to tell me that the previous owner sold it becuase he couldn't figure out the lean code and he reset the monitors right after the test drive so the light didn't come on until after I purchased it and I cannot figure out the problem at all. Overall I regret doing business with him at all he took advantage of me and now I'm completely in the gutter now. So take my advice and DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HIM."
"Paid $2500 for a car that came with 20 day plates and a sticker. I've already sunk over $2000 in repairs and I'm not done yet. The car shouldn't have been stickered to begin with. I was also told that my ac would be recgarged for free and they'd help with the cost of the battery that I had to replace. Never followed through."
"Can't say I would recommend . Our own fault for NOT having it looked at prior to ( but we were told the frame was good ) came from Maine so that should of been our first RED FLAG . Threw in tires that the warebar was showing ( no good ) check engine light came on day 2 of driving it 1.5 miles ( had to park on the side of the road ) But after fixing that , ordering a subframe and having it shipped in from California . The nightmare of a car might soon be alive . So if you don't have $$ for repairs like our 18 year old daughter did .. RUN LIKE HELL away from this "garage" and shop some where else , this was listed on craigslist as a private sale but he's actually a business . can't do 20 day plates but can do title applications ( which DMV thought to be odd ) wonder if DOT would like to see the frame he sold the car with ............."
