"Extremely rude staff member. Shouldn't be working a service job with an attitude that extreme. I literally asked "this is everything?" when she handed me the last bag, and got absolutely the most *scathing* teenager glare, though I'd bet she's at least 30."

"I barely have words for my experience here. 20 minutes for a refund After a less than pleasant experience with a cashier who gave me a false name, I decided to go in and speak with the manager to get my order fixed. Instead of just replacing the sandwich that the cashier rang up wrong she made us wait to get a refund from the manager who was busy working their backline. Clearly short staffed but it's no excuse to have an employee of any type so willing to shout at a customer calling them a liar and basically rather would fist fight it out to solve her own aggression issues with a customer. Even the manager had to tell her enough and be quiet. After the manager listened to me she said if she had known all I wanted was a replacement she would have. Damage is done. That's what happens when you let the cashiers run the store and you run the backline. A circus. Got a refund and went to McDonald's where the service was amazing."
