"Where has all the customer service gone? Badgers Island has forgotten that quality and treating the customer with respect are important. They took over an hour to deliver food. Pizza was sloppy, cold and overpriced. Fries were cold and floppy.We are located exactly ten mins from them.The delivery driver said they were doing us a flavor delivering to us because we are just outside there area. Not enjoy your food or thank you Wow!!! I'm sorry we were an inconvenience to your business.I guess an almost $60 order and 20% tip to the delivery driver was not hood enough for them. I have ordered 15 pizzas numerous times for work tipped over 20% and ordered on a regular basis which U have delivered to my home. I will never order food from Badgers Island again!!! I will share my experience and encourage everyone at work to order from other places that put the customer first and that have not forgotten something called "Customer Service"."
"The food here is great for the price. Especially the fries! They don't lie when they say that people love them, cause I do! The interior is kinda eh once you see Portsmouth just across the bridge. Service was pretty quick, nice staff, and overall a great time!"
"We used to love this pizza joint. Sadly the quality, in our opinion, has gone down. Their steak tip dinners used to come with a small side salad, now the dinner doesn't. I ordered a small Italian sub which was warm. I looked at the meat slices and the edges were all dried out, I couldn't tell if the meat slices were old or if someone heated the sub. It's a "cold cut" sub so I don't know why it would have been toasted. My husband had the steak tip dinner which was ordered medium rare with onion rings, needless to say the tips were well done, had no flavor and hard to chew. The onion rings were drippy with oil. And to think I gave a good tip at 20% on a take out order. Guess good tipping doesn't equates to good service anymore. Won't be ordering from here again. It's too bad."
"We are out here on vacation and needed to eat so we ordered the house special pizza right before closing time. Pizza was very delicious and hot and fresh. Definitely not virginia pizza..."
