"Ron’s Mobile RV service/R&L Van Builds installed my -air conditioner -fan -electrical setup + solar panels in my sprinter van. I tried multiple others in NH looking for someone reasonably priced before finding them, and I'm glad I did! Ron and Lisa (R&L) were friendly, responsive, fit me into their busy schedule, fair with their pricing for parts and labor, and willing to be flexible/build off the work I already had done. Marty installed my electrical set up; he was honest, seemed thorough + detail oriented, and took the time to explain and answer questions. So far I am happy with all the work. I have yet to fully test out (overnight, longer term, etc.), but all has worked well preliminarily and I will update as more time passes. Thank you Ron, Lisa and team."

"Called them on a Friday morning about no heat. They were on-site within an hour and had the problem fixed in short order. Every employee involved was efficient and friendly. A great company to do business with!"

"No heat during November so I called. They were able to get me the next afternoon. They knew exactly what to look for with my Webasto system and what to do about it. Got me fixed and the cost was reasonable! Very happy and would happily do more business with them! Very positive experience!"

"Don't walk... Run away from Ron and this business. He appears to care by making promises he won't keep. After his crew did damage to my van he promised to fix it. At first putting off the repair for several months and then ghosting me. He even chose to ignore the Small Claim Complaint I filed. That didn't get his attention either and he chose to push the inevitable out as long as he could by failing to answer the claim and lost by default. This stand up man still refuses to pay for the damages as we wait for the next court action to be scheduled. I wish I could select 0 Stars."

"Beware, avoid this company at all costs if you Value your time. I contacted this company early June 2023 did get somewhat of a timely response from Lori confirming my concerns and was told I would be put on the schedule never happened, waited 3 weeks to call back spoke to Lisa confirming Lori never me put me on the schedule, and then we set up a time to have Marty come out on a scheduled day great, after the tech left was told to contact Lisa after a few days never received any calls from her and had to repeatedly call to get a run around, Lori called me and didn’t know who she was talking to and then lied to me over the phone about warranty work that was called in which never was,This company has wasted 2 1/2 months of my time and to this day of this review still no contact. This was the first time wanting to do business with them."
