"I have received over 50 calls from this company in a single week- all from different numbers and they’ll even call you from blocked numbers as “unknown” to see if you’ll answer. How do I know? I answered one of them. If you have them come to your house for an estimate, they say it takes 60-90 minutes which is already ridiculous because they insist on a long salespitch. They not only stayed at my house for two hours, but that was without them actually able to give me an estimate because their iPads couldn’t connect. And they refused to email me anything. They insisted on coming back and don’t take no for an answer to the point where I got fed up and stopped answered anything. So in the end, I got nothing. No pricing or anything because they will only show you on an iPad and refused to email me any details. During the 2 hour salespitch, I made the mistake of telling them I wouldn’t be committing to anything that night the first day they came because as a new homeowner, I wanted my parents opinion. Bad move. They then began to harass me about me parents demanding that my parents be there for another salespitch. I told them no and they bushed it off and then continued to mention coming back for my parents 20 other times within their 2+ hour salespitch. They even texted me after asking when would be a good time to come back for my dad. Ridiculous. I’m sure the windows are good but their sales techniques involve harassing you. This ended up being a waste of my time and I will get windows elsewhere. If they aren’t willing to send you information, makes me think these windows must be ridiculously priced."

"We used ProEdge services for our side steel door. The salesman came out and went through different options. He was professional and knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. Also the door came with a 20 plus year warranty which is good to have in case it ever breaks (we have blinds inside the door). The door arrived and it’s very sturdy and well made! The installation and they also gave us a key pad lock at our request. I am taking one star off since we were told the door would be 6 weeks or so and ended up taking about 3 months. Also while the installation of the steel door went well - they didn’t put the storm door back on properly which resulted in not being able to lock it (when I used to be able) but if I’m being fair the install men worked in some rough conditions with basically a monsoon that day! Overall I’d recommend this business to do your home for the doors! They’re very professional and easy to work with."

Once they did get them the work was done quickly and very professionally. Came out looking just how we wanted. 10/10"
