"I ordered flooring for my condo at the methuen Home Depot I was told by the associate installation would happen 3-4 weeks from order date. The contractors gave me a date 8 weeks after order date. I called many times to see if it could be done sooner to get the run around and being frustrated. I canceled and went with empire flooring who Installed 4 days from order. I called Home Depot to cancel the order and have them pick up the floors- again the run around and they did not give me window on when the pick up would happen. They called me to tell me the driver was on his way while I was at work no time get there and the drive already left. VERY frustrating experience I will not go there for anything again."

"This Home Depot is the WORST! Do NOT use any of their install services!!!! I had a washer and dryer installed through them. I used a vacation day to stay home and never got a call as to when they would be arriving. I called the support number, I was given, multi times that day only to hear an automated voice tell me my time has not been scheduled. Vacation day wasted! Thanks! I was going to get ceramic tile install through this Home Depot. The cost was going to be $1,500 above the original quote and I was told by the install company, my new bathtub had to be in place before the tile was installed, however to remove the existing tile the new tub can't be in place and they aren't willing to come out on two separate days. Someone tell me how that is supposed to work?!?! Just use someone else. Also, take a good look at product packaging. If it looks like it's been opened and returned, there is probably something wrong with that product! I asked a sales rep why the two tubs on the store floor looked like they had been open before, with a closer look Both tubs on the store floor were CRACKED! Why are they trying to sell us this crap!! I find the woman employees to be pleasant, helpful and the only ones with brains."
