"When you purchase, register you warranty because even if it's 2 days old. I thought my vape that quit working would be swapped out but the vape shop took no responsibility. That's their right but a business that purchases hundreds of items from a manufacturer has far more "say so" with their vendor than the the private party making one or two ourchases a year. Good customer service would have been the item being taken in and sent back to the vendor For Me and a replacement given since it was only 48 hours owned."
