"They get 2 stars because they fixed our issues. However, now they refuse to come back to finish servicing my unit because our basement is old and has a low ceiling??? Instead of saying something while they were here, they told me they would return after getting the parts needed. Three months later they tell my husband they won’t work in our basement. Call them if you have a brand new house or a finished basement. If you have an older house, then find someone else."

"Dells is by far the best contractor we've worked with in Columbia County. We've used them over the past 5 years for all our HVAC and Plumbing projects (installations, repairs, and emergencies) and have had great experiences working with everyone in the company, from the owner to the office to the techs. Recently our heat and hot water were forced off for over a week due to a clogged boiler flue from another company's mistake. When the other company dragged their feet on fixing the problem, Dells was able to squeeze us into their schedule and replace our water heater with an electric version in less than 2 days (was originally scheduled for later in the year) so we could finally have hot water again. Would recommend Dells to everyone. Excellent quality, professionalism, and communication."
