"David does great work and is very professional. I have an apartment that had a long term tenant move out. I live out of state, and needed someone that could coordinate everything. David did all of the refresh work including new carpet, painting, plumbing fixture updates, and general repairs throughout the unit. He purchased all the fixtures and finishes and installed them. He then returned to replace the old tub surround (unrelated to the original work). His initial work along with the additional scope was excellent. He also reviewed the apartment for trouble spots that may need repair or replacement in the future. I expect to use him for all future projects and would recommend him to anyone."
