"I had a font and rear bumper coated. I paid to prime and coat and left them them off. The bumpers looked great. Later the rear bumper was damaged and I noticed that the line ex just peeled off, and no primer was evident (I had delivered them bare metal under their instruction). I let them know what happened and they redid the work on the rear bumper for no charge (my time was a factor, driving one hour there and back) so I was happy that they stood behind their work. Yet my front bumper was the same issue and I just had to have it redone as well at another line ex facility (had to pay again). It was probably a technician that failed to do it right the first time, but that reflects on the business as well. The picture is of my front bumper after the coating failed and rust took over. I would still use this business again as they did take care of me just not the first time through."
