"Our company, Giant Bluefin Tuna Charters has ordered tackle several times from Fishermen's Outfitter. Every time, the service is five star. Prompt, accurate and friendly. We are ordering from Nova Scotia and Joe understands the needs of the tuna fishery and the importance of getting the product to the client as soon as possible. When our order arrived this last time, there was a personalized card in with it. The card was written out to my husband and I personally, and signed by Joe with a big 'Catch em up!' at the end. We were very impressed. That's the kind of touch you want to see from a business. The only thing that would make them any better would be if they were located here in Nova Scotia instead of so far away. We would love to have a local tackle shop like this in our neighborhood. 100% recommend them."

"Don't know where all the good reviews came from. I wanted to buy wire line and braided line and asked if he would spool my 2 new reels and all he said was no but I'll sell you some line. I'm too busy ! So I left and went to 3 Lanterns and they took care of me. Never go there again"
