"Abysmal waste of my valuable time! I stopped in for a vaccine and they said they don't do walk-ins, but the location on Thatcher Street does. So I drove over there and they told me they do not. There was no one waiting to be served either, so they should have accommodated me, after sending me there. They make a fair amount of money after every vaccine they give. I do not understand this incompetence. I would not come back here for a bottle of water, if my mouth was on fire. Fortunately, I have plenty of other options and believe me, I will be using them."
"RUDE and INCOMPETENT people here. I printed a single PDF document from the kiosk and went to the register to pay. They couldn’t find my order, but I had literally heard whirring noises from the machine processing it behind the counter. They had no idea what they were doing, I had to show them where the printer was! Paid for my single sheet of paper and left. But they must have completed my order incorrectly, because over the next 3 weeks, CVS keeps spamming me with phone call reminders about that Photo order, which I obviously picked up already. So, I called the store to correct the mistake in their system. After a brief hold, the associate seemed annoyed, saying “Idk what to tell you, just block the number.” But the phone calls are only a symptom of the order pick-up mistake, right? When I explained that’s why I’m calling, to permanently resolve the issue by removing it from my account entirely, the associate abruptly asserted that “it’s not our fault and there’s nothing we can do.” It’s totally fine if I need to call the main office or something else, but there is absolutely NO need to be so rude about it. She had such a bad attitude I had to hang up. So unprofessional."
"I get my meds here all the time. I used to go when they were on Main Street the building itself was trash, but the people were awesome I just find it to be the total opposite now. People are rude and seem bothered you’re getting medication. The last two days 11/8 and 11/9/23 I’ve tried to get my young daughter meds she needs to open up her airway because she keeps hacking up a lung. Both times they have said it would be ready first day in a half hour and then I come and they say it’s out of stock and will be ready tomorrow. I call the next day and they say yes it’s coming in at 3:30 should be ready shortly after that; I go and once again and nope never came in it’s out of stock. Both times it also took 20-30 mins for someone to pick up and answer the phone. If this was for me I could deal with it, but it’s for a small child who is crying because she keeps coughing so much. I really came close to ripping everything off the shelf. I don’t think there is any excuse for all of this. If I had a choice of another pharmacy I would go, but sadly I don’t because of insurance."
"Went to pick up a prescription today and the ratchet looking women with tattoos on her neck at the pharmacy just yelled out what my prescription was, for everyone to hear. Straight hippa law violation. The entire cvs store now knew what I was prescribed. When I said to her like hey pls don’t yell that out for every one to hear she argued with me saying “ I didn’t yell” like okay never in my 33 years have I heard someone repeat what I am there to pick up out loud like that and for sure everyone else heard her."
"One pharmacist with facial hair refuses to listen to his own teammates and customers. Only he could fix an error of his own creation, but his failure to listen to the actual problem made it worse. He scolded a tech who was helping me fix the issue then asked me to straighten with insurance. Since I had already done that all I can say he is rude, impatient, unhelpful, (and probably a nightmare to work for.)"
