"From 2021 - The guys at JEM always take great care of me. Thank you. 3 jet skis so far plus a double trailer. I would not buy used ones anywhere else nor would I have them serviced and stored anywhere else. Update 7/2023 - when you call the place to get the used jetski you bought from them last year and they tell you they are out 6-8 weeks......in late July......you lose stars. Was 5 Star....now 2 Star. I would not recommend. The Summer will be over. No Kawasaki dealer should be able to say this.....can you imagine if your car was broken and the Chevy dealer told you 6-8 weeks? The business can fix this."

"Came here looking for a personal watercraft. Most of the showroom is dedicated to Kawasaki Jet Ski watercraft. Their primary business seems to be watercraft. Had shopped at a few other dealers for watercraft and had poor experiences mostly because they did their primary business in motorcycles and ATV's and their watercraft business was secondary. Jem was a great shopping experience in contrast. Owner took the time to walk me through each model on the showroom floor and was very knowledgeable. Put down a deposit and picked up the watercraft 4 days later as promised. Jet Ski was prepped just like I would want it - engine and metal parts sprayed with anti-corrosion oil, outside clean with no blemishes, jet ski on the trailer, and everything ready to go. Excellent pricing and simple transaction with no hassles. Great dealer for personal watercraft."
