Best Buy

"I went to Best Buy in North Dartmouth to purchase a full Ring System. I was asked at the door if I was going to need help and I said yes and he asked me what I was intending upon purchasing. The young man he sent over to assist us knew absolutely nothing about Ring. When I asked him what he could tell me about it all he was able to tell me is that it’s great. No knowledge at all. I knew immediately he wouldn’t be able to help us with a purchase. I asked for any kind of literature they might have and he proceeded to the front to ask if they had anything but there was nothing they could give me. He did tell me at this point they could send someone to my house to tell us what we needed. At this point I had no faith in anyone they might send and we left and Best Buy lost a purchase and a future customer. I don’t have this kind of time to waste."

"Ordered an open box. It was basically just thrown in the box and shipped . Came damaged the store had no other open box . They said to contact on line I did they said I had to deal with it or just return they can’t even exchange. Best Buy no customer satisfaction there."

"Literally a waste of my damn time. Unless you order online don’t bother coming here. You’ll be waiting all day. Stood around waiting for 20 min when someone told me they’d help me right away. Wheni asked about someone helping me the dude said there is a rush that came in. I was there way BEFORE the “rush” organization is trash. Was going to spend good money here but when I mentioned I’d just go somewhere else they said “okay have a good one”. Sounds good, I’ll take my money to another business. Now I remember why I never come here. Awful business"

"Just went in to pick up a mini fridge for 250 Bucks I knew exactly what I wanted. Just needed someone to grab it for me. I said I would even take the open box one to hurry it up,Waited for 20 minutes after attempting again to get help, I was told to wait so I left and went to Lowe’s and got the same fridge for a couple bucks more but it was well worth it because of the service. Never coming back Just terrible service"

"My wife and I have used Best Buy in North Dartmouth for my vehicle and media room on separate occasions and both times we had them fix the work other companies attempted before them. I learned the hard way just have Best Buy Dartmouth do it right the first time. The team that arrived on schedule with a heads up call 20 minutes before treated it like it was their own home. I couldn’t be more impressed with their ability to do installs correctly and in such a professional manner. The overall customer service experience was a great. Michael and team were awesome and walked me through the products features and set up. Highly recommend this locations."
