"I have been to many Lulu lemon stores and by far this store had and has the worst customer service. On the day of purchase the fitting room helper was not willing to help - communication between the team was poor, I had to go back to the checkout and they helped me after confirming what I needed (other store always helped me in this matter) was doable. It’s been over 3 weeks since I got any email back, the phone line is never answered and the one time they answered, they never called me back to update as promised. Their voice mail box is full and there is no other way to contact them other than to stop by the store. I would not recommend shopping here."

Finding the right style of gear is essential to anyone who exercises or just loves to be fashionable while pretending to exercise (me). Having an eye for fashion and a smile while working on the busy and famous Newbury Street are qualities that many do not possess. Those three have it! I walked in not knowing what I needed, and the three above knew exactly what I needed by the look on my face with all the many amazing options. I left with a smile as I got gear that was exceptionally curated by those three. I was guided towards something I wouldn’t have found without those three. Andy, the leader, amazing job at leading your team. Leading is not managing. The latter requires way too much effort, and the former is just seamless as your team will move forward simply because they are awesome! Amazing job for the team you lead!!!"
