We bought a treadmill and some dumbbells, the treadmill was delivered but the dumbbells did not arrive, at that time, we were transferred to Mr Eric Cole (store manager) the schedule the delivery of the dumbbells, this was dec 23 2022, long story short, after many calls and emails, dumbbells finally half arrived 4 months later, but 1 dumbbell of a pair was missing, the second dumbbell was never delivered and when I asked for my money back, the manager wanted us to send our credit card number, or to bring dumbbell back to the store, again, what????"
