"I bought a Serotta TI54L at the 2023 Landry's sale in Norwood. The customer service was great I had a lot of questions as it was obviously great but a bit outside of my planned price range so I was careful about whether it fit me, the condition, shoes and price background. I got help from two staff members inside and outside the store as well as a manager and bought the bicycle and cleats as well as matching shoes later. I would highly recommend Landry's bicycles and the annual sale as an experience and am very satisfied"
