"I've been using Same Day Supplements for several years for vitamins and supplements. Their merchandise always arrives promptly and is excellent condition. I noticed that for one of my supplements, the color of the tablet changed. I started to use the new version and noticed that it was not as effective. I contacted Sam Day Supplements via email. I received a quick response that they would investigate. Within 24 hours I received a detailed response that 1. They checked their in-house inventory and they were all the same lot (changed). 2. They contacted the manufacture and determined that they had removed one of the ingredients. 3. They offered me a refund or replacement with a different product that contains the missing ingredient.
