"My wife ordered apparel back in November. Order was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. The week leading up to Christmas she essentially begged the company for our order. Was told "sorry, we are running behind." Too bad for you. Our children ended up opening empty boxes, just so they would have something to open. My wife should have planned better & not relied on this order for Christmas. Shipping was supposed to be refunded, but even after Christmas still shows as a charge. This company is good at telling customers what they want to hear, but has no follow through. They could care less about the customers, they get paid no matter what."
"Worst customer service! If you call during normal business hours, they NEVER answer the phones, calls are sent directly to voicemail. If you leave a message they don't call you back. I have been essentially begging for a week to be able to pick up a Christmas order & I get the run around. They keep saying the order should be ready, then say they are running behind! The order was closed on 11/9, moved to processing on 11/13, but wasn't placed into production until 11/30; 12/22 order is still being processed. I guess I upset them & they decided not to complete the order in time for Christmas. If you ever place an order with this company, make sure it is not needed in a timely manner or for a special event / holiday. They already got your money, so they aren't hurt by slow production & poor customer service. You might pay more money, but use anyone but 3Step Sports & Champion Choice."
"Buyer Beware! Our organization ordered thousands of dollars worth of items in October with the promise of 4-5 weeks delivery. Many are Christmas presents. Ten weeks later none of us have received our orders, and no one from the company is communicating with us personally. I have emailed them again, and will update this review based on communication...if there is any."
