"The standard of care here in Windham for many auto shops is "Did they screw up so badly that I can't trust them." Auto Geeks has certainly surpassed the industry standard of care here hahaha. I have been going to this place since it opened. No auto business is perfect because the nature of it is diagnostic and imperfect, but I have had some eye rolling experiences from some area garages in Windham, and it is frustrating to find a place to settle in for all my auto repair. I have been happy with Troy. He is well meaning, personable, priced reasonably, tries to be flexible, and never stops learning. He is honest too, and calls it like he sees it. I will keep going to him."

"Went here back in April for a water pump replacement, everything went solid for 4 days then my serpentine belt came off the pulleys, had it towed back and he fixed it for free (which was nice), now he we are nearly 5 MONTHS LATER my serpentine belt shreds and I bring it to a different mechanic and it was due to a bad water pump. Now I need another water pump and it’s very unfortunate.. I’m not gonna tell people not to go to this guy but based on my experience with this place I will not be going back for future repairs again."
