"I went in there 5:35 am on 10/10/23 and I ordered a medium cold brew and a large cup of ice and a bagel. I was told by a middle age white women who was wearing her hair in a pony tail that she didn’t turn on the ovens so she can’t serve bagels while the store opened 30 mins ago. Also she gave me a small cup with ice when I asked for a large cup of ice and charged me for it. And when I reminded that I ordered a large cup she yelled at me to join the line and ordered a large cup so she can charge me for that. I know the cups are always 0.25 cents no matter the size. I tell her I was here first and she got my ordered wrong and she continued to yell at me. So I left to the Deering Ave store instead. I never had this experience at this Dunkin. People used to be nice in that store and this lady has many bad reviews so I don’t understand why nothing is being done about her."
"I had the worst experience at this location on Sept 30 2023 at 5:30pm. I was served by a middle aged white woman who wears her hair in a ponytail, about 5”4 in height. I gave her two drink orders and she made me repeat my order to her more than three times which was so weird but fine to me because I have worked in the food service industry and some days you just feel off. However when she started to make the drinks i could see that she was getting the second order wrong so I politely asked her to make sure she is doing the right order. She turned around cancelled the order and snatched the first drink out of my hand. I stood my ground and told her that I am not leaving without my refund, what ensued was a back and forth where she screamed at me and called me stupid because I am getting the order wrong. She immediately got on her phone and called the police because i asked her if she has a problem serving black people. At this point I am appalled at her behavior and honestly scared what would happen if the police came and who they would believe (the police never showed up so this maybe a scare tactic she uses on black people). I still persisted until she made my drink, i got to the car and still she had messed up the order but I decided I had had enough and just left. Now by reading the reviews I am shocked to find how many similar events of racism that have happened at this location and appalled that Dunkin still has not investigated these cases. This location might as well have a “No Colored People Allowed”. It will only take one incident before a trigger happy police man is sent to this location and we will have another George Floyd incident. This place should be investigated and have their staff trained on proper professional conduct. This is a shame! The location is 191 Marginal Way Suite D, Portland ME 04101"
"This location left a sour taste in my mouth due to horrible attitude of the young staff members, the nasty comments that were coming out of these staff members mouths were uncalled for especially about one another. Not to mention refusing to scan my Dunkin’ app and told me “the whole thing is stupid”. Attitude was received when I mentioned my coffee wasn’t made correct… if there wasn’t so much gossiping and more working…messing up orders wouldn’t be an issue"
"Line of homeless at the restroom , open air drug sales poor locals while Portland gives it all to immigrants in New housing with guards free food clothes etc"
