"We like shopping here. I would like them to get the XLT sizes a regular XL is short. My wife and son also like it here. The staff a friendly and helpful. This outlet shop is located at Lee Premium Outlets in Lee Massachusetts. On December 26 I went here and found that their XL/TG is made long. So they do not specifically have XLT. The long sleeve polos at least fit me. In the Spring, I will try and see if the short sleeve polos are long enough past my waistline."

"I bought 3 children's items on clearance with a percentage off on Aug. 9. When I got my credit card I was charged for two items only and the two items were twice the price I was supposed to be charged. When I called for an adjustment I was told nothing could be done because I did not have the sales slip. True but I had the items with all of the tags and they could have figured the prices from those. And don't they have computers to bring up a copy of the sale? Lousy service from a huge company which should know better. If you buy there, check everything carefully.. Better yet, don't buy there! I lost $40.00 for no reason."

"The store lacks many of the big discounts and promotions that many other stores in the outlets have but the staff are very friendly and the merchandise seems to be well stocked. The store is very clean and organized."
