"Your bathroom is so Filthy & and stinks. I just walked in and out & left!"
"DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED!! My 21yr old son is disabled with Autism. He has made many strides towards independence and one of them is ordering his own food in a public restaurant. If you know of someone with Autism, or live with someone with Autism, you understand that this is a major accomplishment. My son always orders at the counter for his donuts. This morning he waited at the counter for several minutes to have his order taken, with no service. After several minutes of waiting, a worker approaches my son and says “If you don’t order, I will have you kicked out of the store.” pointing at a kiosk. My son didn’t order at the kiosk, because they can be confusing for him. He enjoys interacting with people and works at this skill daily. This is another major accomplishment for a person with Autism. I spoke with the manager on the phone who assured me that “no one on her staff, in her store, would have said this.” I was assured that they offer both online and counter service. I stated this mornings time frame, pointed to the mixed reviews for customer service, and assured her that this most certainly happened in her store. My friends within the disability community were appalled to hear of how poorly my son was treated at this particular Dunkin Donuts. Usually, the staff at Dunkin Donuts are very accommodating to the special needs community. As for my family, and we are many, we will not be conducting business with this store again. #Autismstrong #Choosekindness"
"The donuts and coffee i had were amazing. But the overall service here was horrible. It's located in a gas station so the atmosphere is what it is. We don't have a publicly accessible Dunkin' where I'm from, so to be able to have some was exciting. We got inside, and this poor lady before us didn't know how to order the coffee she wanted, and the guy working was absolutely brutal to her. So much so that the lady paid for her coffee and stormed off before he could even finish it, and the whole time afterwards, all he could do was complain about how it was the customers fault. If it wasn't for the lady who helped us, I don't even know if I could have given a 1 star rating. This poor lady was horrified by how her coworker treated the customer before us. But, at least my coffee was good, and the donuts were fresh."
