"Called an order in they said be there in an hour I was there in 45 minutes and the entire order was cold. This is how most of the delivery orders are also. This time I spent $98 on three cold pizzas and an order of cold meatballs. The young lady working Saturday night the front of the store on 12/92/2023 was rude and wanted a tip of either 25, 22 or 20. Horrible tipping cold food and horrible staff. If it were not the only good pizza in Yarmouth I would never go back. Jim from north Yarmouth. We order weekly or more now back to Pats and The new place on Main Street Yarmouth."

"Yesterday I walked in for lunch and I sat myself as the sign said and waited for service. A young lady saw me through the pass through from the kitchen to the dining room but no one came to take my order and after waiting 15 minutes I left. I am so sick and tired of how horrible service has gotten in this country since COVID hit and how awful it still is after the pandemic has ended. If you don't want to do your job then don't take the job in the first place. Wages have increased exponentially just to find help and yet most people aren't deserving of those increased wages. It's very sad because Otto's has the best pizza in the state."

"We came in kinda late in the day from a play next door at the Royal River Playhouse. The server was very attentive and personable and the food was hot and delicious. We will definitely be coming back again!"

"Ottos has always been my go to pizza place since I’ve moved to Maine. McKenzie at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions and answering all my questions thoughtfully. The food here is always outstanding and usually am left with no leftovers! The new bar and seating area is awesome with many local beer and cocktail specialties."

"Not being from the area, and being vegan, I ordered a veggie pizza but after placing the order online they called to let me know they saw I chose vegan cheese and wanted to know if I was vegan since one veggie topping I ordered (butternut squash) was prepared with butter and I didn’t know. That was so helpful, I was really glad that they caught it! I switched to a different veggie and the pizza was delicious and filling!"
