"I bought 4 of the brand new Duratrac RT tires and they charged me over $200 more than what other places are selling them for. Over $500 dollars for a truck tire is ridiculous. I made an appointment online and they called letting me know the tires were in. When I went to the appointment they instantly hopped on the truck and installed the tires. Never did I receive a quote for the tires before they were already done doing the work. When the total came out to over $2400 dollars I was in shock but I had an appointment I had to get to and remembered seeing they have a price match guarantee up to 30 days after the sale. The owner even states this in a reply to another review on here. These are a brand new model so I hadn't seen pricing from other stores but when I searched I found ones for over $200 less per tire. I called to ask about how to correct the pricing and was told that the price match only is for the time of sale. I was then directed to their customer service number which is not a real customer service line. It is impossible to reach a real human and it never even mentions customer service."
