"Literally ordered a large 7$ dollar caramel frappe and received it without it being blended (literally giant chunks of ice only) and without any caramel whatsoever (I wish I was exaggerating), while watching the barista chat with her five friends that were taking up all the seats in the establishment, even though the person I went through it was disabled."

"Ordered a venti iced chocolate almond milk shaken espresso and asked for a “little less ice”. Cashier said “since you’re asking for less ice it’ll mean that it won’t be filled all the way to the top”. I never heard of any Starbucks location ever doing that, but I told the cashier that it’s not a problem. I got my order……and there was so much ice that it piled above the drink itself. It was pretty warm outside as well, so my drink was mainly water within 5 minutes."

"Nice location. Friendly baristas. I was super excited to see sharps containers in the bathrooms. Shows the thoughtfulness if the company and the local culture. I actually sat down and enjoyed my coffee in a mug."

"Best Starbucks in Portland. Great service, friendly staff and nice environment. The orders are always right and done fast. The store is super clean, I constantly go there and I see them cleaning. Can be a little loud but still a great place to study and do some work. They have an outside sitting great for the sunny days."
