"We had 30 minutes to spare before an appointment so we stopped in here for food, drink and restrooms. The chai tea latte was fine but the service was slow as they dealt with a large volume of drive thru customers. The service was rather half-hearted the staff who were probably tired after a long shift but showed little enthusiasm and less focus on a friendly smile to customers."

"I did a mobile order on the app, the app said est wait time was 8-11 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later because I know this location is slow. I waited another 20 minutes before I received my drink. I know they are short staffed but 40 minutes for a drink is ridiculous"

"I wish it weren’t so, because this is my local Starbucks, but this is genuinely the least reliable fast-casual restaurant of any type I’ve ever seen. Every week it’s some new policy, some new (essential to the coffee experience) product that isn’t available, all without warning, as people try and fail to structure a morning routine that allows them to get their coffee and be to work on time. It is truly maddening that a coffee shop can continually under-supply themselves with things like milk, sugar, and more again and again and again. This is the manager’s job. Do it correctly! It would be better for Starbucks to close this location than have it blighting their reputation day after day, week after week, year after year."

"Go there, website says closed at 4:30. We go in at 3:30 and open the door, employees in the lobby and one employees shoes away cause they’re closing. Why can’t these employees just do the job they get paid for? They were keeping the drive through open but it was definitely not busy and there were atleast 10 employees in there, it’s not like it was an issue of staffing. Disappointed most at the fact that we were already in there and they push us out. Along with other would be customers."

"Cream and sugar. Please Having to ask for it to ask for it my drink. Cool I can change. Asking for it. Not getting it. Returning. Having it "corrected" with a thimble of cream after dumping coffee down the side of the cup was.... Great service. It's a shame an actual coffee roster closed in this town and this is what replaced it."
