"I visited this location for the first time yesterday. I am a regular at AJ’s, so I know what to expect. The girls were nice and made my drink quickly. Unfortunately, I was charged for oat milk when I asked for regular milk. When I asked about if the oat milk was additional, the girl said no. I contacted customer service and indeed I was charged $1.25 for a milk that I didn’t get/ask for. This location also does not offer whole milk which is disappointing."
