"Decent accommodation, clean room. Ocean front views were lovely. Missing on some basic items, though - no refrigerator or microwave (and that not really the worst thing, just expected). Staff was pleasant. Parking was a block away but plentiful. Would stay here again."
"This is an Inn, not a luxury hotel.......and that's just fine. The room was very clean, all the staff were super friendly, the pricing was more than reasonable, and the location can't be beat- right in the heart of Hampton Beach and right next door to the Ballroom. We were there for a concert and it was very cool being able to hear the sound checks and warm up from the bands while we got ready, and even better to be able to just walk across the street after it was done. We will certainly be back."
"This was our first stay and it definately will not be our last. The entire hotel was clean, friendly and very bright and cheery. My husband and I stayed in an ocean front room with a balcony, and we will definately be back. We ate at the restaurant and had drinks after the show on Saturday night."
"The room was clean with balcony viewing the ocean. Restaurant below was fantastic. Unfortunately second day we couldn't enter the restaurant doors where locked but restaurant was open. Do not plan to sleep in past 7 due to cleaning lady talking loudly throughout the hallways. All in all though the stay was wonderful."
"I’m not sure what people expect from a beach town that has music, bands and restaurants on every corner that for the last 50 years has catered to young adults. Before doing a review people should do their homework. Hampton beach is a family place during the day and a party town at night. It is physically right next to a concert venue duh!.That being said The Boardwalk is one of the cleanest hotels with best food I have had in Hampton, and I have stayed at many. Their food is not frozen boxed food, it is made fresh and I have not had a bad meal. There is a bar and a restaurant. During Covid last year they opened just for us, we were the only people in the place and they gave us a huge discount for the new decorations not yet being in the room. This alone proves they care and have a good staff. It is very clean, no sand no mold but the rooms can be on the small side like most Hampton rooms. Splurge on a second room if you have more than 3 people in the double queens. You can sign out a hairdryer ( kids steal them), they have soap, makeup remover , great big fluffy towels and a pretty big mini fridge. The double queen room 306 had two fridges. There are accessible rooms on the first floor no elevator ( only one hotel on the beach has one). I love this hotel and will only stay here now. Don’t listen to bad reviews of people that didn’t find out what kind of place Hampton beach is and that are picky whinny mean people. If something is broken or wrong they are very accommodating to fix it."
